Website information and project services

Ficus Architecture + Design provides architecture and interior design services. Website information, photographs, and examples introduce our work; they are not project-specific advice, an offer to perform a defined scope, or a guarantee of a particular result.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an architect-client relationship or a project-services agreement. Services, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables are established separately in a written agreement.

Using the website

Please provide accurate contact and project information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, submit malicious content, or use forms to send unsolicited promotions.

The website’s text, designs, photographs, and other materials belong to Ficus Architecture + Design or their respective owners. You may view and share links to the website. Reproducing or using its content commercially requires permission from the rights holder.

Optional marketing texts

If you separately opt in to marketing texts, Ficus Architecture + Design may send messages about our architecture and interiors services and studio news to the number you provide, including through automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing-text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting an inquiry. Providing a required phone number or accepting these terms does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing texts. Only enroll a number you own or are authorized to use.

Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent or request assistance by emailing hello@ficus.land or calling (786) 400-1719; STOP is not the only way to withdraw consent. A single nonpromotional message may confirm an opt-out.

Ficus Architecture + Design is the sender. We may change the service providers that deliver messages without expanding the purposes for which you consented. Mobile service availability and delivery depend on your carrier and device. Keep us informed if your number changes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle contact information and consent records.

Address suggestions and other services

If you use address suggestions in the inquiry form, the address service terms also apply. You can enter or correct the project address yourself.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their content and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change and technical interruptions can occur. Confirm project-specific information directly with our team. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these website terms and will show the revised date here. Changes do not expand previously given marketing consent. Material changes to an ongoing project remain governed by the project agreement.
