Ficus Ventures LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains how Ficus Ventures LLC d/b/a Ficus Architecture + Design handles information collected through this website and related inquiries.
Information you provide
When you inquire, we collect your name, email, phone number, project address, and project description. We also record your terms/privacy acceptance and separate marketing-text choice, the disclosure version, and submission and receipt times.
Please share only the information needed to describe your project. Do not send payment-card details, identification documents, medical records, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Website and address information
We collect the page from which an inquiry is sent, referring-page information, and campaign or advertising identifiers included in the page address. When analytics is enabled, cookies and similar tools help measure page visits, navigation, form activity, and successful inquiries. Analytics identifiers may accompany a submission to associate it with a visit.
Your browser, device, and network also provide technical information used to deliver and protect the website. Browser settings can restrict or remove cookies; some website functions or measurement may be affected.
When address suggestions are available, the text you type into the project-address field is sent to an address lookup service before you submit the form. The service returns suggestions and resolves a selected address. Its privacy policy also applies to that processing. You can type or correct the address manually.
To understand inquiry-form friction, diagnostic analytics may record which fields were reached or populated, broad time spent, validation error categories, submission attempts, and interruptions. These diagnostics record field names and completion status, not the contact details or project text typed into the form. A random form-attempt identifier links these diagnostics to a successful submission; it is not your name or a CRM identifier. We honor saved advertising opt-outs and Global Privacy Control for these form diagnostics. An interruption does not necessarily mean a visitor permanently abandoned an inquiry.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your project, maintain our contact and project records, and provide requested services. We also use technical and usage information to operate the website, understand how visitors find us, measure inquiries, and prevent misuse.
If you separately opt in, we use your number for marketing texts about Ficus Architecture + Design services and studio news. Supplying a phone number, accepting the website terms, or making an inquiry does not automatically provide marketing consent.
Advertising cookies and privacy choices
When enabled on this website, Meta Pixel and Conversions API share website activity and successful-inquiry events with Meta to measure advertising and support targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page URL, and advertising cookie or click identifiers. For successful inquiries, we may also send a hashed version of your email address to help Meta match the event to an account. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not send inquiry message text, project addresses, names, or phone numbers to Meta.
Advertising tracking starts unless you have opted out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Use Privacy choices — Do not sell or share my personal information to opt out at any time. We apply this choice to Meta advertising collection and sharing from this website in the current browser, including across tabs. We preserve prior advertising-cookie rejections and honor Global Privacy Control before loading Meta. We also check advertising eligibility at inquiry submission before sending a server event. If privacy choices cannot be saved in browser storage, this integration stays off.
Dismissing the notice only closes it; it is not consent. Opting out stops subsequent Meta tracking and removes accessible Meta advertising cookies, but does not undo information already sent. Choices are stored in your browser; clearing browser storage or using another browser may require another opt-out unless Global Privacy Control is enabled. This advertising choice does not change your inquiry, marketing-text preference, or the website’s separate general Google Analytics measurement; form-friction diagnostics also honor this advertising choice. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for information about Meta’s processing.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers for hosting, contact and project records, address lookup, analytics, and communications. They receive information needed to perform those functions for us. We may change providers while keeping the purposes and commitments described in this policy.
We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their independent marketing. Providers assisting us with message delivery or related operations may process that information on our behalf.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or respond to a valid legal request. We do not publish your inquiry or project details as a testimonial or case study merely because you contacted us.
Your choices and marketing texts
You may choose not to opt in to marketing texts and still submit an inquiry. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP, email hello@ficus.land, or call (786) 400-1719. You can also use those contact details to withdraw consent in another clear way.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not require us to erase records needed to honor the opt-out or meet legal obligations. We may retain your number on a suppression list so it is not re-enrolled unintentionally.
Retention, requests, and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, considering the inquiry or client relationship, ongoing project needs, legal obligations, and the records needed to document consent or honor withdrawals. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for every category of information.
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by applicable law. We will explain any limits relevant to your request.
We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no website or transmission method is completely secure. If you believe information has been misused, contact us.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The revised date appears above; a policy update does not expand your marketing consent.
